Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
